Christmas Mini-Session Agreement

Thank you for choosing VeenoStudios LLC! I'm excited to capture special holiday memories with you. Before completing your booking, please carefully review the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

Your selected session date and time are not officially secured until payment has been successfully received. A completed payment confirms your reservation on the VeenoStudios LLC booking calendar.

2. No Refunds on Cancellations

All Christmas Mini Session payments are final and non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued for client cancellations, missed appointments, or changes in personal circumstances.

If VeenoStudios LLC is unable to fulfill the scheduled session, an appropriate rescheduling arrangement will be offered.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please provide at least 72 hours' notice before your appointment to request a reschedule.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted directly to VeenoStudios LLC and are subject to availability on an alternative session date.

Requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may not be accommodated. Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Due to the limited time allocated to each Christmas Mini Session, late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

Arrivals that significantly exceed the scheduled appointment time may be considered a missed session.

5. Session Duration & Deliverables

Each Christmas Mini Session includes the session duration and number of edited images advertised at the time of booking. Unedited RAW files are not included in any Christmas Mini Session package.

6. Photo Delivery & Turnaround Time

VeenoStudios LLC aims to deliver all edited photographs within 72 hours following the client's scheduled session.

Photographs will be delivered electronically through an online gallery or another designated digital delivery method.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the photographer from meeting the stated delivery timeframe, VeenoStudios LLC will communicate directly with the client regarding the delay and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

7. Photography Rights & Client Usage

Clients receive a broad, perpetual, non-exclusive license to download, print, share, post, and use their delivered photographs for personal purposes.

Clients are welcome to share their photographs on social media, with family and friends, and for personal printing.

However, all photographs remain the copyrighted work of VeenoStudios LLC. Clients may not:

  • Apply filters, edits, retouching, or other alterations over the photographer's finished work.

  • Use third-party editing applications to modify the delivered photographs.

  • Remove watermarks or copyright notices, if applicable.

  • Sell, license, or commercially redistribute the photographs without written permission from VeenoStudios LLC.

Any requested professional edits or adjustments should be directed to the photographer.

8. Photographer's Portfolio, Marketing & Promotional Rights

By agreeing to this contract, the client grants VeenoStudios LLC permission to photograph, display, publish, and use images from their session for business-related promotional purposes.

This permission includes, but is not limited to:

  • VeenoStudios LLC's website and online portfolio.

  • Social media platforms.

  • Paid advertisements and marketing campaigns.

  • Promotional materials, publications, and business displays.

  • Other photography-related promotional and advertising purposes.

No additional compensation will be provided for the use of photographs for these purposes.

The client understands that photographs may be publicly displayed as part of the photographer's business promotion.

By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and consents to the promotional use of their photographs as described above.

9. Artistic Style & Creative Direction

Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed the photography style, editing approach, and portfolio of VeenoStudios LLC before booking.

The photographer maintains creative control over the artistic direction, composition, lighting, editing, and final image selection.

While VeenoStudios LLC strives to provide beautiful, high-quality photographs, individual artistic preferences and expectations may vary. The photographer does not guarantee that every photograph will align with each client's personal interpretation or subjective artistic preferences.

10. Weather, Natural Conditions & Unforeseen Circumstances

Photography sessions may be affected by circumstances outside the photographer's reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, storms, rain, wind, extreme temperatures, natural disasters, venue closures, and other unforeseen environmental conditions.

VeenoStudios LLC is not responsible for circumstances caused by Mother Nature or other events beyond the photographer's reasonable control.

If weather or other unforeseen circumstances make a session unsafe or impractical, VeenoStudios LLC reserves the right to reschedule the session in coordination with the client.

The photographer will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes and provide alternative arrangements when necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

VeenoStudios LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide professional photography services and deliver the agreed-upon images.

The photographer is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction with artistic choices, posing, expressions, environmental conditions, or other factors outside the photographer's reasonable control.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, image loss, injury, or another unforeseen circumstance, VeenoStudios LLC will communicate with the client and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and understood all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
